Avui passejarem per un tram del GR-92, l'anomenat sender mediterrani,que passa per aquest tros del Cap de Creus o com deia Pere Coromines, per la 14ª gràcia de l'Empordà.

La catorzena gràcia de L'Empordà

La catorzena gràcia de l'Empordà és el cap de Creus, que s'enfonsa com punxeguda llança en el flanc de la mar profunda. Hi ha quelcom en l'ànima empordanesa que no s'explicaria sense la presència d'aquella immensa cavalcada de roques pirenenques, atretes mar endins per les eòliques ressonàncies de la lira d'Orfeu.  Damunt de la mola sembla que et trobis en la proa tallant d'una nau gegantina que marxa impàvida rompent les ones bramulants que rere el vel de blanca escuma harmonitzen tota una simfonia de blancs de zèfir i de verds d'esmaragda amb reflexos indefinibles d'àgates i robins, morats i roses que transparenten l'ombra dels espadats i de les cales, i els sorrals i les roques, i l'espessa forra de les algues marines.
